Loving

God is always inviting us into love. Spiritual direction offers a non-judgemental space to reflect on any part of your life, in the light of a God who sees and loves you.

Authentic

Everything is 'spiritual', and God is present in all parts of our life. Spiritual direction is a place to look at the realities of day-to-day life, as well as the mess, obscurity and questions, in the light of God's presence.

Contemplative

In a busy world, spiritual direction is a space to step and back notice. What is helpful in your life and what is holding you back? What might God be doing? What questions, desires and doubts do you hold deep within?

Maybe you've been caught up in the busyness of life and feel like you're stuck in a rut with your faith?

Maybe you are going through a time of transition, or of holding questions and doubts?

Or maybe you simply want to make more space to grow in your relationship with God?

Spiritual direction is for everyone. Rather than being 'directed', it is about having someone come alongside you; to listen without judgement and to help you to notice God's presence in your day-to-day life.
Spiritual direction usually happens every 4 - 6 weeks for an hour, in person or online. It is important to find someone that is properly trained and that you click with.

I am a practising spiritual director and trained for three years with the Encounter course at London Centre for Spiritual Direction. I am offering a limited number of slots for direction.
